We will offer you the service of contacting your Insurance provider in order to find out your coverage, maximums and percentage of reimbursement. After gathering this information, we will guide you to maximize all your benefits.
We will be more than happy to submit electronically at no cost your claim.
Usually, you will be reimbursed for the portion of the fees your plan covers between 1 to 3 business days following the submission of the claim.
We welcome the ASEQ dental plan. Please get in contact with our patient coordinator to get information about the details of your plan.
The totality of the fees due after each treatment session must be paid by the patient. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and all debit cards. Also, for larger cases, we partner with third parties such as Dentoplan and Accord D to offer you with options to help you plan your treatment financially.
